WHAT ABOUT A DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING DESSERT FOR THIS WEEKEND?
WITH A FEW AND SIMPLE INGREDIENTS THIS MOUSSE IS SO EASY TO MAKE!
Servings: about eighteen 2oz containers
Tip: Make this recipe one day before of serving it so the mousse will get in the right consistency
- 12 oz of mango (I used the fresh fruit)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can Table Cream "Creme De leite" in Portuguese (300g)
- 1 1/2 tsp unflavored powdered gelatin (Bloom the gelatin following the instructions on the box)
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture in 2oz plastic containers or in a bowl and refrigerate it.
Serve it and enjoy!
