What about a Smoothie Before The Gym!?


Before going to the gym is good to have something light and nutritious!
Today I share here with you a Smoothie Recipe with Two Delicious Options!
So let's do it?
Option 1:
Banana and Apples Smoothie
Servings: about 1 litre
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups  cold Soy Milk (or any other milk)
  • 1 1/2 seedless apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 6 seedless dates
  • 3 tbsp oats
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Beat it well !
Option 2: Here just replace the apples by the papaya!
Servings: about 1 litre
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups cold Soy Milk (or any other milk)
  • Some papaya chunks (about a cup)
  • 2 bananas
  • 6 seedless dates
  • 3 tbsp oats
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and beat it well!
