Today I share here with you 2 Recipes:
The first one is a Juice Recipe and the second one is a Ground meat recipe!
Both EASY, FAST and SUPER Nutritious!
I made a Veggie Juice with the Breville Juicer (I didn't add any fruits this time)
So this is the Juice Recipe:
- 1 tomato
- 1 raw beet unpeeled
- 3 handful kale
- 2 small fresh ginger root pieces (opcional)
After making the juice, you can drink it! Set the pulp aside.
You'll get around 1 pound of vegetables pulp where you'll get a lot of nutrients!
Ground Meat Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds of ground meat
- 1 pound veggies pulp from the juice that you just made
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 shredded onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium sauce pan add, cooking oil, garlic and onion.
Cook until brownish color.
Add ground meat and cook it for 5-8 minutes.
Now add the veggies pulp and mix it well!
Cook it for about 8 minutes or so, mixing it!
Season with salt and pepper.
As a side dish I suggest:
Cooked chickpeas, white rice or baked potatoes!
