Easy Chick Peas Hamburger Recipe


They are super healthy, delicious and easy to make. 

The Chick Peas Hamburger is a great option for your snack or even your lunch!

You can eat with this salad and a simple sauce! 

You'll love it!!!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked chick peas
  • 1 big carrot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 or 2 egg whites (It depends the size of the egg white. Check the consistency , if you can make a ball and it's not falling apart it's perfect, you will not need the second one!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

In a fry pan add olive oil and garlic. Fry it and let it sit.
In the food processor add: chick peas, carrot, cilantro, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Beat it well.
Transfer this mix to a bowl and add egg white and olive oil and garlic.
Mix it well.


Now make the hamburgers... 


In a fry pan add a little bit of olive oil and fry them until golden brown!
