The Chick Peas Hamburger is a great option for your snack or even your lunch!
You can eat with this salad and a simple sauce!

- 2 cups cooked chick peas
- 1 big carrot
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 or 2 egg whites (It depends the size of the egg white. Check the consistency , if you can make a ball and it's not falling apart it's perfect, you will not need the second one!)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a fry pan add olive oil and garlic. Fry it and let it sit.
In the food processor add: chick peas, carrot, cilantro, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Beat it well.
Transfer this mix to a bowl and add egg white and olive oil and garlic.
Mix it well.
Now make the hamburgers...
In a fry pan add a little bit of olive oil and fry them until golden brown!
