Servings: around 40 each
Tip: You can replace the broccolis by carrots, for example, this is delicious too!
So let's go over the ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground meat
- 1/2 shredded onion
- 1 shredded zucchini
- 1 1/2 cup chopped broccolis
- 2 small eggs
- 1 cup oats
- Salt, pepper to taste
In a big bowl add all the ingredients and mix it very well with your hands! Time to get hands dirty now!!!
Form the hamburgers with your hands
Heat the grill and spray some butter. If you don't have a grill you can use a sauté pan and a little bit of cooking oil just to them not stick to the pan!
Grill them to your taste and Voilà!!!!
